Girme’s Wheatgrass (GWG) is a family owned business founded in 1998 by agriculturist turned Naturopath Dr. Chandrakant Girme, ND (Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine), registered in 2005 and further developed by his son Hemant Girme, ND to international level.

We are now recognised as one of the best Wheatgrass Powder manufacturers and exporters of organic Wheat Grass Powder.

In Indian tropical climate the Wheatgrass vegetable reaches its peak of nutrition in just 7 days. We then harvest the ripe Wheatgrass vegetable on 8th day by hand, chopping carefully one inch above the ground sort, wash, dehydrated indoors using natural solar energy in UV stabilised poly film house (without direct sunlight / mechanical dryer) at temperature less than 45 Deg. C and grind into fine Powder using low intensity pulverisers. There is no further processing or adding of any other ingredient in the Powder.
